Product Details

Illumination in medical facilities is an essential component of creating a safe environment that meets the rigorous needs of healthcare applications. Emergency rooms, examine rooms, surgery rooms are among the multiple areas that rely on the correct levels of brightness, distribution and color for physicians and medical personnel to do their jobs.

Healthcare lighting not only needs to provide the proper lighting environment, the fixtures also must adhere to cleanroom standards that protect against contamination and particulate accumulation.

The KURTZON™ ML-OS-LED is a 1×4, 2×2 or 2×4 Surface Mount High Lumen LED Luminaire with RF Filtering designed for operating and surgical rooms. The troffer is Military Standard 461F compliant for conducted and radiated emissions and IP55 rated for dust and water ingress.

The troffer has multiple internal circuits for scene settings, and each specified circuit is provided with an RFI filter that is tested to meet MIL-STD-461. The fixture is available with 10w 90min Emergency battery backups and surge protection. To maintain the standards of medical and cleanroom lighting, the assembly has a clear flat room side lens that allows for easy surface cleaning, and swing out toggle arms that draw the housing tight to the surface.
